ShivYog Krishi Structure

Proposed levels Baba Ji Steering Committee District - State Coordinators Area Coordinators Model Village Coordinators

Model Village – Basic unit of Shiv Yog Krishi Model Village will be the basic unit where mass level ShivYog Krishi implementation will be done through multiple farmers The criteria for choosing Model Village Easily accessible so that coordinators can easily visit every week Reasonably large farming land Already having awareness about ShivYog through past events or With large number of farmers in distress and desperate to adopt new ways to end their sufferings Already having Success Story through few farmers who have already adopted ShivYog Krishi and reaped the benefits

Model Village – Coordinators There will be 3-5 Coordinators per Model Village depending upon the size of the Village Atlesat one of the these coordinators should be having Farming background Preferably one of these coordinators should be IT savvy who can create reports and communicate on email Coordinators should have passion for Seva and have good track record of performing Seva activities in past.

Model Village Coordinators – Roles and Responsibilities Creating awareness about ShivYog Krishi Conducting ShivYog events like DSS/Mass healing / Kisan Shivir / Krishi Satsang etc. every week along with promos of ShivYog Krishi Handholding the farmers in ShivYog Krishi Implementation by guiding them and clearing all their doubts Arranging local sadhak support from nearby Forums to provide regular help if needed Ensuring Complete implementation of ShivYog Krishi Principles throughout the Farming Life Cycle Providing Weekly report to Area Coordinator on various aspects like: Implementation details in terms of no. of Farms/Farmers, Acreage covered, Crops covered, Crops progress details etc. Get lab testing done for soil and other products at various stages from Govt. approved labs and report results Capture Video records of crop and farmer interviews at relevant stages of crop life cycle. Based on the success stories in this village invite nearby village farmers in weekly events and add atlesat 5 model villages every crop cycle.

Area Coordinators There will be 1 area coordinators for every 4 Model villages The Area Coordinator must have: Good Communication skills in local language as well as English Basic Knowledge of farming Should be able to communicate on email and create Excel reports Must be a achiever in personal and professional life and dedicated ShivYog Seva Sadhak Coordinators should have passion for Seva and have good track record of performing Seva activities in past. Create Roaster of Coordinator visits every month to ensure continuity Take report from Village coordinators every week Must visit atlesat one Model Village per week to monitor the progress Submit Monthly consolidated report to District coordinator for all the model villages under his command

District – State(DS) Coordinators District coordinators will be created once the no. of Area coordinators exceed 10 else state coordinator will play the similar role. The D-S Coordinator must have: Good Communication skills in local language as well as English Basic Knowledge of farming Should be able to communicate on email and create Excel reports Must be a achiever in personal and professional life and dedicated ShivYog Seva Sadhak Coordinators should have passion for Seva and have good track record of performing Seva activities in past. Create Roaster of Area coordinators visits every month to ensure continuity Take Monthly report from Area coordinators Must visit atlesat one Model Village per week to monitor the progress Create Awareness about ShivYog Krishi through various means like local TV channels, Kisan channels, by running the promos in various Kisan events like weekly haats etc. Preferably one of these should be IT savvy who can create reports and communicate on email Coordinators should have passion for Seva and have good track record of performing Seva activities in past.

Steering Committee – Role and Responsibilities Setting up guidelines for the roles at various levels Selecting State/district coordinators Arranging trainings for each role at least at country and state level and standard training modules for various levels Reviewing the monthly reports Content provider for various events/promos/TV channel episodes MIS / IT infrastructure creation and management for reporting etc. Arranging quarterly/half yearly meetings with Babaji for D-S coordinators and high performing Area and Model Village coordinators and may be few selected farmers Audits and Quality Control though surprise visits by Ashram Nominated persons
