What does it do? Contacts caregiver via SMS when abnormal BPM is detected. Notifies a user of an irregular BPM or a heat alert thru the buzzer. Advices user when there is high outside temperature. Sends a text message when an easy-to-access push button is pressed. Immediately contacts caregiver when falling is detected with a current location of the user. Displays barometric pressure for personal uses.

Monitoring Zone Resting mode: An app assesses the reading from the pulse sensors . Notifies users and surroundings with beeps of high or low BPM. Contacts a caregiver when pulse is above/below the normal. Accelerometer of the phone on X, Y, Z are approximately 0. Active Zone: Phone’s accelerometer reading are > 0 ; Not stationary. Assessment of BPM is discarded. Buzzer notifies only for heat alert Normalization of HR: Transition from Active -> Resting modes. Wait for user to normalize his/her heart rate. Time Period is 5 sec (Recommended a few minutes)
