ABSTRACT The display board is the common display board used in shopping malls, railway stations, colleges, Etc. This board offers an effective means of conveying Information to public. This system is enhanced to display the latest information on the notice board by using a computer and WI-FI.

INTRODUCTION By using PC & WI-FI we convey the message on Noticeboard. Design and implement a Noticeboard by using IOT. The Noticeboard system has a great flexibility by using WI-FI.

WI-FI Wireless technology. Initial Speed is 1mbps to 2mbps. Range is 40-300 feet. Transmit data in the frequency band of 2.4GHz.

LCD LCD is finding wide spread use replacing LEDs. It displays all the Alphabets,Greek letters,Punctuation marks, Mathematical symbols etc…

Power Supply

ARM CONTROLLER We use LPC 2148 Arm Controller. It is a 32-bit micro controller. Its speed is 60MHz. It consists of 21 external input pins. It is widely used in Advanced Robotic Applications.

MAX 232 IC

FEATURES Operates with single 5-V power supply. Low supply current 8mA. +30V input levels.

WI-FI ESP8266 ESP8266 offers a complete and self-contained WI-FI networking solutions. It can be used to host the application or to offload WI-FI networking functions from another application process.

SERIAL PORT 1- bit is transmitted at a time. It is a general purpose interface that can be used for almost any type of devices.

HARDWARE TOOLS Regulated power supply. Microcontroller. LCD with driver. Wi-Fi module.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS KEIL Software. Telnet

ADVANTAGES Easy way of transmit information Cost is less To conveying the message or information Two way display communication Save the electric power and human energy

APPLICATIONS It is used in colleges, railway stations, bus stations, offices, shooping malls etc….

CONCLUSION The goal of the paper was to design a system, which should be easy to implement. The project is implemented through Wi-Fi and PC. Implementing the future scope of this project.
