Make sure you have contacted telecommunications so that they do not get errors when they start their billing. Make sure you have contacted any departments that might have your account on file.
Buff Business What can Departments do to help? Make sure you have worked with Payroll to get student worker, and cell phone allowance changed. Check your ending balance at the end of October and see that it is zero. If it is not please email me (sdavis@wtamu.edu) and let me know so we can research it.
What do departments need to do? Buff Business What do departments need to do? We have started making some of the transfers and what you will see is that your balance forward will go into the 70 side of your account. Unless you over spent then it will go into your 62. You will need to decide as a department where you want to spend this money from. You can spend from your wage (61) or from your M&O (62). Then you will need to submit a budget adjustment form to move it from your 70 to your 61 or 62.
