DYNADESIGN Intelligent Safety Control System for Dynamic Inspection and Redesign of Infrastructures Carmen Andrade

Overall project objectives Intelligent Safety Control System for Dynamic Inspection and Redesign of Infrastructures The objective is to design a flexible and intelligent real-time control system for the inspection of infrastructures Application domains include buildings, civil construction (bridges, dams, tunnels, and roads), rail train, amusement parks, wind power generation fields and waste tanks among other possibilities Overall project objectives Easy management of construction life cycle Updating of structural safety based in intelligent redesign

Technology & Market Innovation Overall project objectives Embedded sensors in different construction materials Long life real time transmission Augmented Reality HMI for easy operation Open integrated platform for multi-domain inspection

Next steps Consortium members CSIC/UPM – Spain (project leader) CIMNE - Spain GEOCISA - Spain Mott McDonald - UK Appleton As. – Portugal The consortium is still under construction. We are looking for partners interested in joining the consortium, specially infrastructure end-users and partners with expertise in augmented reality and sensor manufacturing for construction materials
