Recent Government of India remedial measures Benami Property Act All properties, new and old to be e-Registered PAN details and Aadhar no. essential for registration Sources of income for the property to be justified Benami property becomes government property A large section of people forced to pay tax GST Single tax in whole country Taxation at the final point only- no tax evasion Prices of finished goods likely to fall Widening of tax base

Recent Government of India remedial measures Direct Cash transfer Benefit directly to the BPL citizens Reduced corruption Reduced burden on the tax payer’s money More money for the government to spend on other productive projects These remedial measures implemented seriously have the potential of transforming India in a big way !

Security challenges Defense – shut down of the defense system Power – Smart Grids can be hacked Smart Cities –can be sabotaged Bank Accounts - unscrupulous bank employees Health Services - Stealing /manipulation of individual health records
