B, Wound appearance 1 week after the second PDL treatment. The treated area showed a near 75% reepithelialization. No significant improvement was noted in the area not treated by the PDL. C, Complete reepithelialization of the entire defect. The PDL-treated area showed a complete reepithelialization 5 weeks sooner than the untreated area.
