THE MAN CALLED JESUS CHRIST THE UNTOLD STORY FROM THE HOLY QU’RAN

INTRODUCTION Every 25th of December Christian around the World celebrate the birth of this great Man Jesus Christ, who is believed in by 2/3 of the World Population namely Christians and Muslims. Just as Luke said “Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us, Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word; It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus, That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.” Luke Chap 1 vs 1-4 I shall equally try to explain to all and sundry about this Great personality that walked upon the Surface of the Earth from another perspective ( the Holy Qur’an) the Untold Story!.

HIS ANCESTRAL BEGINNING 33. Allah chose Adam, Nuh (Noah), the family of Ibrahim (Abraham) and the family of 'Imran above the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns) (of their times). 34. Offspring, one of the other, and Allah is the All-Hearer, All-Knower. Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 33-34)

HIS GRANDMOTHER’S CONVENENT WITH GOD 35. (Remember) when the wife of 'Imran said: "O my Lord! I have vowed to You what (the child that) is in my womb to be dedicated for Your services (free from all worldly work; to serve Your Place of worship), so accept this, from me. Verily, You are the All-Hearer, the All-Knowing.” Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 35)

HIS GRANDMOTHER’S PRAYER FOR PROTECTION FROM SATAN 36. Then when she delivered her [child Maryam (Mary)], she said: "O my Lord! I have delivered a female child," - and Allah knew better what she delivered, - "And the male is not like the female, and I have named her Maryam (Mary), and I seek refuge with You (Allah) for her and for her offspring from Shaitan (Satan), the outcast.“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 36)

ZACHARIYA BECOMES MARY’S GUARDIAN 37. So her Lord (Allah) accepted her with goodly acceptance. He made her grow in a good manner and put her under the care of Zakariya (Zachariya). Every time he entered Al-Mihrab to (visit) her , he found her supplied with sustenance. He said: "O Maryam (Mary)! From where have you got this?" She said, "This is from Allah." Verily, Allah provides sustenance to whom He wills, without limit.“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 37)

ZACHARIYA REQUEST FOR A SON FROM ALLAH, A WITNESS TO JESUS 38. At that time Zakariya (Zachariya) invoked his Lord, saying: "O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation." 39. Then the angels called him, while he was standing in prayer in Al-Mihrab (a praying place or a private room), (saying): "Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya (John), confirming (believing in) the Word from Allah [i.e. the creation of 'Iesa (Jesus), the Word from Allah ("Be!" - and he was!)], noble, keeping away from sexual relations with women, a Prophet, from among the righteous.“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 38-39)

Zachariya an Old with a Barren Wife gives birth 40. He said: "O my Lord! How can I have a son when I am very old, and my wife is barren?" Allah said: "Thus Allah does what He wills." 41. He said: "O my Lord! Make a sign for me." Allah said: "Your sign is that you shall not speak to mankind for three days except with signals. And remember your Lord much (by praising Him again and again), and glorify (Him) in the afternoon and in the morning.“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 38-39)

HIS MOTHER EXALTED CHOICE ABOVE ALL WOMEN OF ALL NATION 42. And (remember) when the angels said: "O Maryam (Mary)! Verily, Allah has chosen you, purified you (from polytheism and disbelief), and chosen you above the women of the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns) (of her lifetime)." 43. O Mary! "Submit yourself with obedience to your Lord (Allah, by worshipping none but Him Alone) and prostrate yourself, and Irka'i (bow down etc.) along with Ar-Raki‘un (those who bow down etc.).“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 38-39)

TALES OF THE HIDDEN DIVINELY TOLD 44. This is part of the tidings of the things unseen, which We reveal unto thee (O Messenger.) by inspiration: Thou wast not with them when they cast lots with arrows, as to which of them should be charged with the care of Mary: Nor wast thou with them when they disputed (the point). Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 44)

JESUS: AMONG THOSE NEAREST TO ALLAH 45. Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah. Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 45)

HIS MOTHER GIVEN A DIVINE MESSAGE OF HIS BIRTH 45. Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah. Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 44) 16. Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East. 17. She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects. 18. She said: "I seek refuge from thee to ((Allah)) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah." 19. He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son. Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19 vs 16-19)

VIRGIN MARY DOUBTED HIS BIRTH 20. She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?" 21. He said: "So (it will be): Thy Lord saith, 'that is easy for Me: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us': It is a matter (so) decreed." Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19 vs 16-19) 47. She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, 'Be,' and it is! Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 47)

HAPPENING AS AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY 22. So she conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place. 23. And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: She cried (in her anguish): "Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!" 24. But (a voice) cried to her from beneath the (palm-tree): "Grieve not! for thy Lord hath provided a rivulet beneath thee; 25. "And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee. 26. "So eat and drink and cool (thine) eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, 'I have vowed a fast to ((Allah)) Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into not talk with any human being'" Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19vs 22-26)

HIS FIRST MIRACLE: SPEAKS AS A BABY 27. At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought! 28. "O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!" 29. But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?" 30. He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah. He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet; 31. "And He hath made me blessed wheresoever I be, and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live; Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19vs 27-31) 46. "He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous.“ Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 46)

JESUS SPEAKS AS A BABY 32. "(He) hath made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable; 33. "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"! 34. Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute. 35. It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is. 36. Verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that is straight. Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19vs 32-36)

HIS OTHER MIRACLES 48. "And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel, 49. "And (appoint him) an apostle to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah’s leave: And I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I quicken the dead, by Allah’s leave; and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe; 50. "'(I have come to you), to attest the Law which was before me. And to make lawful to you part of what was (Before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear Allah, and obey me. Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 48-50)

JESUS ACKNOWLEDGES ALLAH AS HIS LORD 51. "'It is Allah Who is my Lord and your Lord; then worship Him. This is a Way that is straight.'" 52. When Jesus found Unbelief on their part He said: "Who will be My helpers to (the work of) Allah." Said the disciples: "We are Allah.s helpers: We believe in Allah, and do thou bear witness that we are Muslims. 53. "Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger. then write us down among those who bear witness." Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 51-53)

PLOT TO KILL JESUS, BUT RAISED UP BY ALLAH 54. And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah. 55. Behold! Allah said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute. 56. "As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help." 57. "As to those who believe and work righteousness, Allah will pay them (in full) their reward; but Allah loveth not those who do wrong." 58. "This is what we rehearse unto thee of the Signs and the Message of Wisdom." Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 51-53)

BIRTH OF JESUS LIKENED TO THAT OF ADAM 59. The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was. 60. The Truth (comes) from Allah alone; so be not of those who doubt. 61. If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!" Holy Qur’an Surah Ale-Imran ( Chap 3 vs 59-61)

JESUS REFUTE BEING EQUATED TO GOD 19:16  And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 19:17  And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. Matthew 19 vs 16-17

JESUS IGNORANCE OF THE HOUR OF JUDGMENT ANOTHER POINTER THAT HE IS NOT GOD 24:34  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew24vs 34-38

JESUS ABSOLVE HIMSELF FROM WRONG BELIEF ATTRIBUTED TO HIM 116. And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah.?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden. 117. "Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things. 118. "If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise." Surah Ma’ida(The Table) Chap 5.Vs 116-118

IS HE THE BEGOTTEN SON? 34. Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute. 35. It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is. 36. Verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that is straight. 37. But the sects differ among themselves: and woe to the unbelievers because of the (coming) Judgment of a Momentous Day! 38. How plainly will they see and hear, the Day that they will appear before Us! but the unjust today are in error manifest! 39. But warn them of the Day of Distress, when the matter will be determined: for (behold,) they are negligent and they do not believe! 40. It is We Who will inherit the earth, and all beings thereon: to Us will they all be returned. Holy Qur’an Surah Mary( Chap 19vs 34-40)

GOD BEGET NO CHILD NOR SONS 1. Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; 2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; 3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4. And there is none like unto Him. Holy Qur’an Surah Iklas (The Unity) Chap 112.Vs 1-2 30. The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah.s curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth! Holy Qur’an Surah Tauba (The Repentence )Chap 9Vs 30
