Self Portraits

What is a self portrait?

A self-portrait is a representation of an artist, drawn, painted, photographed, or sculpted by the artist.

Proportions

Proportions of average head

Ears are located between the eyebrows and the bottom of the nose.

Space in between eyes is equal to the length of one eye.

Space between eyes and edge of face are equal to the length of half an eye.

Lips are as wide as the center of each eye.

The head can be split into four sections.

The head can be split into four sections. 4*bottom of nose to chin.

The lips are in the first half of the fourth section of the face.
