Mobility in Wageninden University, the Netherland I received great experience in my research in during my mobility, especially in: Gender studies, ICT technologies Language skills Knowledge Culture Friends Certificates which I have got, will help me in my career development. I have attended courses and more presentations: Gender in education Women empowerment Adult literacy through ICT I have got more opportunities to work in future with women and girls in rural communities Tajikistan and help them to improve their knowledges and skills through ICT.

Why is it important to target women literacy The simple answer to this question consists that today around the world, girls face huge risks at the age of puberty. Many girls do not graduate from school because of teenage pregnancy and early forced marriages. Every girl and women has right to be literate!

General information about number and girls and women which could not get education 775 million people can’t read or write; 66% are women (2013), 52% of countries (77) have gender gap in literacy (4 have female advantage) (Esther Prins, 2016). Population of Tajikistan in 2016 is more 800000 thousand people, including women comprise 51% . More than 70% of the population lives in rural areas. 2016 number of illiterates women and girls is 3856 2016 number uneducated women and girls is 30%

Reasons: Five years of civil war strongly influenced the access to education Girls from families which have many children Girls from families with less incomes

Our task! Never to ignore Help and support Give them opportunity to be literate and improve their empowerment and position throuh ICT

To study about gender issues in society between women and men in during my mobility, I could learn:  World experience in ICT literacy for adults.  To learn about using ICT and creating ICT canters in other contexts  How to get literacy through ICT  To find ways for creating ICT centres.  How ICT can to improve women empowerment and Social-Economic position of the rural girls and women.  Important roles gender equality among men and women for getting literacy through ICT.  How Gender can help on women empowerment.  The role of NGOs and government agencies for development women empowerment and literacy in rural contexts.

My academic perspectives in the future 1. Creating ICT centers in two villages of the Republic of Tajikistan 2. Learn about specific needs of rural women 3. Use ICT programs for open limitless possibilities for learning through experience. 4. To show how important role playing in girls and women lives to be literate. Comparing ways getting literacy in rural Tajikistan with world communities which using ICT for iterating women and girls. Also to bring examples which can help to everybody understand that using ICT in during to get literacy can change our life in many parts.

Did not exist and there is no society in which all members were equal Did not exist and there is no society in which all members were equal. Society without stratification, with real equality of their members, the myth, have never become a reality in the history of mankind My theory and dream follow this aims: the challenges facing women and men, and their experience should be one of the essential activities in the development process, implementation, evaluation of policies and in all spheres political, economic and social life, women and men equally enjoyed the fruits of such efforts and for inequality there was no place, not only in Tajikistan but in all world community.
