We like to be involved in choosing and planning what we learn We help with planning in different ways.

We like to make and do things “Can I make a raft with these?” We designed and made sculptures and made them into a life-sized model.

We like learning from experts We work with experts on residentials. Den building is cool!

We like to work with and share our learning with each other “We are dyeing!” We all had a hand in making this elephant!”

We like to learn outside the classroom School trips are an important part of our learning. “We’re having a wet and wild time!”

Learning through the arts is great The Arts put a smile on our faces!

We like to use lots of ICT “Let me show you how this works!” “What would be a good caption for this photo?”

We like to learn outside school time “Has anyone found the potatoes!” We use recycled materials in our play.

We like to have challenging experiences Making Forest School fires. “You’re almost at the top, don’t stop!”

We like to learn about the world Slovenia, just one of the countries that we love to visit. “Bonjour, children of Yuri Gargarine School!”

We always try to do our best!

And most of all we like to have fun! “This egg is still warm!” “Let me help you stuff the scarecrow’s trousers, Dad!”
