ensuring human resources for education Cluj County School Inspectorate operates as an institution de-concentrated through an own unit under the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports. Local government in education and training, it acts in the following areas: legitimacy compliance management education policies at the school network, providing the quality education and the development of educational infrastructure, ensuring human resources for education organization of the national assessment monitoring the educational activities in the county schools

MISSION OF CLUJ COUNTY SCHOOL INSPECTORATE Cluj County School Inspectorate supports schools in the county to develop existing partnerships and identifying new partnerships and community projects, advises schools to develop human resources by ensuring access to lifelong learning and non-teaching staff, depending on the needs identified.

STRATEGY We act in the following priority areas: 1. Achieving a stable education system, equitable, efficient and relevant 2. Achieving the necessary steps in the allocation of financial resources necessary for implementation of educational policies in Cluj County 3. Implementation of early education in the county schools university 4. Decentralization of school education and increasing school autonomy 5. Introducing a competency based curriculum 6. Monitoring of modernizing the legal system to ensure stability and predictability of the education system and ensure equal access to education opportunities 8.
