Insights for candidates and jobsite When customers use the application manager we can gather information to mobilise candidates, for example: There is also scope to gather data around quality APV as users expire job adverts Tell candidates how other applicants performed better e.g. successful candidates had more regularly updated profiles. When a candidate is shortlisted for a job they could be encouraged to apply. If a job is closed and an applicant hasn’t been contacted we prompt them to keep searching and suggest some similar vacancies

When customers are unable to fill the vacancy they can be prompted to renew and if not we should be discovering where things could be improved. When users have been successful they should be surveyed to help improve the service
