English: Narrative – extended stories by significant authors 1. I can identify and use verbs in the past tense. 6. I can understand the purpose of a story opening. 4. Show that multiplication of two numbers can be done in any order. Maths: Multiplication Relate multiplication facts to fractions and measures. Connect the 10 multiplication table to place value. Connect the 5 multiplication table to divisions on the clock face. Use a variety of language e.g multiples, lots of etc Solve problems in contexts using multiplication. Using multiplication facts. Divide by a single digit using your knowledge of multiplication facts e.g. 20 ÷ 4 = (5x4=20) Share a set of objects equally. Use the ÷ sign in a number sentence. Practise multiplication facts to become more fluent and connect them to each other.
