Study Objective To create a component of the national nutritional phenotype database that represents the metabolic stress from varying body-weight overlaid by the additional metabolic stress of a test meal

Develop central hypotheses (examples) - Effects of a metabolic challenge on the metabolomic profile. - How do metabolomics profiles change with time in the post-prandial state? - Is clustering of baseline metabolomic data still evident in the post- prandial data? - Can we identify a metabolic phenotype with respect to post-prandial response using baseline metabolomics?
