Agenda Objectives: TLWBAT push their leadership voice by practicing scenarios they will encounter as teacher leaders TLWBAT brainstorm approaches to building a cohesive team with varying constituents, including onboarding a new team member and best practices for strong communication. Agenda: Lunch and Welcome Teacher Leadership & Practice Group Think – Best Practices Closing & Feedback Walk through the agenda – narrate why we came up with this: This is a really big topic – we thought about the key milestones as developing teachers as crucial, which includes Our goal with this today, want to give exposure to all 3 components – and want to provide two concrete tools for you to use. Excited to be here with this group of educators today – looking forward to working with you and learning from you as well today. Going to give you a hiring overview, glimpse into what happens with Excel We are going to share our own challenges with you – while schools have a hiring process, no process is perfect. We have made mistakes in the process as you will, so we want share those with you.
