Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Pensioners of Central Government, State Government or any other Government organization can take benefit of this facility. Main aim of this scheme is to streamline the process of getting DLC(Digital Life Certificate) for Mustering process and making it hassle free and much easier for the pensioners. Pensioner’s information like Pension Aadhaar number, Pensioner Name, PPO Number, Bank Account detail, Address, Mobile number etc are fed into the system though web based / client interface and finally pensioners information are authenticated using the Aadhaar number and pensioner has to put his/her finger on to the finger print scanner or eyes on the Iris scanner.

Enter Pensioners Aadhar Number

Pensioners data entry - Form Select Disbursing Agency as “Tamil Nadu Treasury –Sub Treasuries” Type Pensioner Name and PPO-Number (It must be prefix followed by PPO Number ex: A1000. No need to enter “/” and Suffix or Space). Select type of Pension as “Service / Family“ Select Sanctioning Authority as “State Government Tamil Nadu” as shown below

After giving PPO Number and bank account number click on submit

Once Submitted, it will ask for wallet password and on providing wallet password, DLC Will be generated. Service Charge is Rs 10/- Per DLC

Procedure to view DLC Type the url :http://Jeevanpramaan.gov.in and click on the image as shown below(Pensioners Login) Pensioner’s Login

You will be presented with the following screen You will be presented with the following screen. Select Pramaan ID or Aadhar Number

Enter either Aadhaar Number or Pramaan-ID as per the selection

After entering the OTP click on Login After entering the OTP click on Login. Pensioners page will be displayed .Click on ‘Download Life Certificate’. PDF file of Life certificate will be downloaded by pensioner for future reference. No need to send the hardcopy to Treasury. The DLC data will be downloaded by the respective Treasury and it will be processed in e-Pension Software.
