Our Special Selection of Breads Hole grain bread with fibers – ‘Finess’ Corn bread with herbs; Rye-wheat bread with inulin – one bread with unique taste, good for people with diabetes;

Rye-wheat bread with inulin What is inulin good for? For healthy stomach and strong immune system. Inulin are probiotic fibres, having bifidogenic effect. They better all colonial functions; For strong bones. Inulin improves mineral absorption – especially those of calcium, magnesium, zinc; For weight control/Diabetes. Inulin is characterized with low calorie quantities and low glycolitic index and thus it has no influence on blood insulin levels;

‘Bonus’ – special bread without wheat In 2009 ‘Krum Gerov’ becomes owner of the ‘Bonus’ trade mark; Along with this, we obtained all specialized appliances for its production and know-how;

What makes ‘Bonus’ a special bread? This is the only Bulgarian bread for the production of which we are not using flour of any kind; For its production, we are using whole wheat grains, which are not stirred to flour and thus all fibres are preserved. Fibres are one of the most important ingredients for the metabolite acceleration; All gluten levels in the recipe are lowered to minimum; For the preparation of ‘Bonus’ bread only 1% of yeast is used; The overall quantity of calories in one slice of ‘Bonus’ bread (100 gr.) is 58-65;

All Types of ‘Bonus’ Breads: ‘Bonus’ Classic – made by special recipe from 1996; ‘Bonus’ 6 grains – this is one of the most copied recipes on the Bulgarian market. There are wheat, rye, flax, sesame, poppy and oats grains in its contents; ‘Bonus’ rye – made by special selection of rye grains; Additional breads: ‘Bonus’ Balance – this is the only Bulgarian bread for the preparation of which no flour is used but Omega-3 acids are added. Omega-3 acids have the function to connect to fat cells in the body and help pushing them out of the body; ‘Bonus’ Energy – this is bread without flour but with 500mg L-Carnitine added. It is good for active sportsmen;
