The Executive Branch
How Long can a President Stay in Office? A President can stay in office for 4 years. And you can be elected no more than twice as President.
Salary The President gets $400,000 per term. Plus, many other extras.
Parts of the Executive Branch The President is the head of the Executive Branch, and the Federal Government. Also, he is in charge of the 15 departments and about 80 independent agencies.
Qualifications The constitution establishes only 3 qualifications for a president. They are: A president must be 35 years old or older. Second, you have to have lived in the United States for 14 years. And third, you have to be born a natural citizen.

The Senate Each state has 2 senators 6 terms qualifications: to be senate you have to be 30 years old, a U.S citizen for 9 years, and a resident of the state from which the candidate seeks election.
House of Representatives The number is based on population of the state .2 year terms. Alabama has 7 representatives California has 35 Representatives And Alaska, Delaware, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming only have 1 Representative.
Qualifications At least 25 years old A U.S citizen for 7 years A Resident of the state from which the candidate seeks election
The Judicial Branch
Job Description Interpret the Laws. Protect the rights and Liberties of everybody. The Supreme Court has the power to decide whether a federal or state law or action by the President is Constitutional.
Term Length Justices may remain in office for life Justices are picked by the president and approved by the senate.
The Supreme Court The supreme court has 9 members—a chief justice and 8 associate justices.
