Skills Skills are the Auto Match base Start by setting them up On the Employee On the Customer If required is checked, this will pull down into the Order Can also be setup on the Order
Setup on Order and Employee Check off that a skill is required to ensure that is pulls into the Auto Match. NOTE: Whichever skills are required on the customer level will pull down into the Order as shown here.
Run Auto Match
Requirements Add onto the Auto Match Setup the Required Sub-Menu On the Employee On the Customer If required is checked, this will pull down into the Order Can also be setup on the Order
Setup on Order and Employee Whatever is shown on Customer > Requirements will show on Order > Requirements. Can setup on an order by order basis as well.

Certifications Setup the Certifications Sub-Menu We will keep narrowing down the Auto Match results Setup the Certifications Sub-Menu On the Employee On the Customer This will pull down into the Order Can also be setup on the Order
Setup on Order and Employee Whatever is shown on Customer > Certifications will show on Order > Certifications. Can setup on an order by order basis as well.

Who has costumers that have more than one address on their customer record?
Address Search for people on a location basis Setup an Employee’s address Setup all Customer addresses If there is only one, it will automatically pull If there is more than one, you will have to select upon Order Placement You can then determine the radius at time of Auto Match
Setup on Order and Employee Can determine the correct address upon new order entry.

How do we run an Auto Match? Run Auto Match Check off the criteria you want to search by Select Auto Match from the drop-down Open the Actions Menu Navigate to the Order you are adding candidates to

I ran the Auto Match, now what? At the results screen Check off the candidates that you would like to add Open the Action drop-down Select ‘Add Candidate to Current Order’

The Employees added from Auto Match will pull into Order > Candidates. Are Candidates, not Assignments.

Who regularly uses the Order > Candidates screen for candidate management?
Other ways to add Candidates We just talked about Auto Match On the Candidates Sub-Menu (see next slide) Add Current Employee Employee Lookup Employees who apply to a job directly online will show on this list
PROTIP: Use the Add Current Employee button to quickly add the current Employee Record open in the system.
What can be done In Order > Candidates?
PROTIP: Use the ‘Select All’ check box to quickly select every candidate on the list.
After selecting a number of candidates, you can update their statuses on a mass basis using the Status drop-down.
Use the By Status drop down to filter the C-Status(es) to only show the selected statuses below.
PROTIP: On the Employee’s Record, generate a resume under your Actions Menu to email the Candidate’s resume to the client.
This section will quickly show you who has been placed on assignment and how many assignments are required total.
Here you can select a number of Candidates to perform the actions above on a mass basis.
This is how we will assign a candidate to this order.
These jump buttons will jump you to the Employee record directly.
Can view which Candidate’s have a resume on their record with the column on the right and the column on the left will pull up the candidate’s resume directly from this screen.
Your candidate status options in the system. Assigned Candidate Interviewed Offered On-line Applicant Refused-Cand Refused-Cust Removed Resume Sent Your candidate status options in the system. PROTIP: Update the C-Status list in Admin Tools to ensure the list reflects your candidate management process.
Shows the Employee’s status. PROTIP: Quickly change the E-Status that you see in this screen by using the Employee jump button.
A space to enter any notes that might pertain to the Candidate.
This contact information will pull directly from the Candidate’s Employee Record.
Will show who entered the Candidate onto this Candidate List and when that entry happened.
PROTIP: In Admin Tools, assign an email template to a C-Status to easily send out an email containing the information found in the above columns.
Now let’s talk about changing a C-Status Find the Employee in the Candidates sub-menu Open the C-Status drop-down Select the correct status Tab off Log a message with the prompted pop up Let’s see that in an example!
