NOMINATION FORM 2013 Most Endangered Historic Resources 233 West Main Street Yarmouth, ME 04096 (207) 847-3577 www.mainepreservation.org 2013 Most Endangered Historic Resources NOMINATION FORM Maine Preservation is seeking statewide nominations of historic properties for inclusion on the 16th annual list of Maine’s Most Endangered Historic Resources. Nominators should explain why their historic property is endangered and its likelihood of preservation based upon community engagement and interest. The nomination deadline is July 19, 2013. The Maine Preservation Board of Trustees reviews nominations for the final selection, with input from the Maine Historic Preservation Commission. The 2013 list will be announced in August. Please fill out the information below and respond to the questions listed at right on additional page(s) in paragraph form.
