Business Questions (Retail Banking Specific) Who are the most profitable customers and what do they have in common? What do they own in terms of product mix? What channels do they use most? The answers to these questions hold the key to the success of future effective cross-sell programs for deepening customer relationships that will drive up customer profitability.
