COURSE OVERVIEW Flight Evaluation Test flight ability in aircraft. Must fly to commercial standards (Check Pilot) Test mission pilot procedures (Mission Check Pilot) Ability to conduct evaluation to PTS or National Aircrew Curriculum Standards IP in rear seat to evaluate both candidates
COURSE OVERVIEW Pre Course Book Turn in a copy of form 5/ form 91 check ride paperwork to include written test, and aircraft questionnaire. Pilot data summary to be completed by FLWG check pilots
COURSE OVERVIEW Mission Paperwork Ensure you sign in (Vehicles & Aircraft) All flight inbound, outbound, or training sorties must file out CAPF 104 and have assigned sortie number GAWG, ALWG, TNWG file paperwork with home Wing Aircraft will be topped off after each sortie. This is the responsibility of the applicants not the IP. Mission number T03-SEFL Final FLWG CAPF 108s must be sent within 10 days to HQ, FLWG CAP, 2700 Eagle Staff Court, MacDill AFB, FL 33621
