Body Composition Measure of how much of your weight is lean tissue instead of body fat Depends partly on the genes you inherit from your parents, how much you eat, and how physically active you are
Flexibility The ability of your body’s joints to move easily through a full range of motion
Skill Related Fitness Agility- Ability to change and control direction Power- Move body swiftly using maximum force Balance- Ability to control the body while standing still or moving Speed- Ability to move your body swiftly Coordination- Ability to use your senses along with your body during movement Reaction Time- Ability to reach or respond quickly to what you see, hear, or feel
