Oral 3 reports Feb 26, Mar 3, 5 – Oak Hall 101, UTEB 150 47 projects – grouped by discipline 15 min per presentation 12 min presentation 3 min discussion/feedback 12:20 to 12:30 each day setup 12:30 presentations start All students must attend sessions Faculty Advisors and Sponsors will be invited

Format Title Slide – 1 slide name, teams faculty sponsor, logos 2. Problem Statement – what are you being asked to do/deliver Define the project – 1 slide 3. Analysis Results to date – 3-4 slides CAD Models and analyses – meshes, boundary conditions pictures, models and results (graphs/figures) FBDs, hand calculations results to date

Format including initial testing to help with final rig design 4. Test rig or experiment – 2 -3 slides A. design/schematic – how does this address the problem sizing of components – power required, sizing…. B. Models/CAD drawings, pictures, videos…. C. Instrumentation – what/how will you measure, what is range and accuracy required D. Your test Matrix – range of variables be tested E. Test results to date – comparison with analytical predictions including initial testing to help with final rig design
