Things to do before the migration Backup your contacts
Migration The evening of January 20, 2017, your mail will be migrated to the Office 365 cloud Backup your contacts Close any open Outlook windows by 3pm
During the migration Email data During this final migration of data: New mail (sent after 3pm January 20, 2017) will go to your Office 365 mailbox Until the migration is finished, there will be a gap in your email data. In other words, mail from December 10, 2016 through January 20, 2017 will be missing from your mailbox until this migration is finished.
During and After the migration Outlook Web App http://outlook.office.com/
During and After the migration From Friday, January 20th until Monday, January 23rd, the Office 365 OWA (https://outlook.office.com/) will be your primary means of checking your email If you need help setting up your phone, we’ll be available to help on Monday, January 23rd
During and After the migration Apple users The migration assistance software (DeploymentPro) does not work on Apple machines. If your main workstation is an Apple computer, you will have to use the Outlook Web App (https://outlook.office.com/) to check your mail until an IIT staff member can re-configure your machine manually.

Phone and Tablet setup Delete the old account from your device Create a new account that connects to Office 365 IIT will be available if you need help during normal business hours. If you have trouble with this process during the weekend, please use the OWA until Monday morning.
