Classroom Exercise Summary What did we learn? Not everyone has the same values What did we learn relative to Project Management? Not all stakeholders have the same values or wants or needs => Requirements. Since a project’s relative success is determined by individuals rating how well it meets their needs/requirements… Managing projects requires managing the individuals as much or more so than managing the overall project tactical details.
