Career Development Plan Personal Career Development Plan needs to be established... Means a plan established by each researcher recruited for our ITN Suggest to update every 6 months – very good basis for audits and/or reports. Useful to remind Fellows (and supervisors)

Election of Steering Committee
Role Definition (proposal) The Steering Committee is a body of senior scientists chaired by the Coordinator and supported by the Management Office. It is responsible of the implementation of the overall network strategy and takes all decisions day to day concerning the network. It includes the Coordinator, as well as representatives elected by the network Parties. They should be representatives of Parties which are Beneficiaries regarding their commitments under the Grant Agreement. They will be elected during the first meeting of the Supervisory Board. The Steering Committee assists the Coordinator in his duties and is responsible for the operation of the whole Project. This includes the monitoring of the progress of all the activities within the Project network and the communication between the different Parties.
