Provide better resources to the driver Unknowingly we break rules which we should be warned about If I break traffic rules I should be able to pay without wasting working hours The problem of change needs to be solved Card system can be used for payments Other documents like tariff cards, permits etc should be made digital Meter can keep track of fuel remaining and refueling In the design, technology should be invisible

Provide better services to passengers New drivers and passengers need guidance on routes Fare should be transparent and cover luggage issues While fueling meter can be in fueling mode (Give discounts to passengers) Bright light can attract passengers at night For long distance passengers need entertainment Passengers should be in control of entertainment

Provide strategies for better business I should be able to plan and organize my earnings I should be able to know where I will get more passengers I should be able to preferably select passengers I face trouble because of lack of knowledge & education
