Norman Rockwell was a fan of the modern art movement in the early 20th century.

Norman Rockwell painted The Connoisseur as a cover for The Saturday Evening Post. The man is studying a modern painting in a museum. Rockwell used one of his own paintings that he produced using Jackson Pollock’s style.

He studied many of the past artists we have featured in the McGaugh Pageant of the Arts.

Here are some of the modern artists that we have featured in the McGaugh Pageant of the Arts. Try to locate these abstract paintings in the art lab.
