Is it important? When we got ethics, laws, and society culture is organizational culture important? It influences the way organizational members act. Rather than different directions, the culture creates one direction which creates momentum among the employees.

Strong Culture A deep abiding commitment to values , believes, philosophy and practicing what is preached Genuine concern for the well being of customers, employees and share holders. Although these are traits of a strong culture, an “one size fits all” culture does not exist.

Examples of Stories: Stories of the establishment of a small organization and the position it holds today. Stories about innovation, risk taking and going against the current trend that led to a better position in the market.
