Gift Processing Improvement Project Goals Decrease the overall processing time of gifts, increase donor information accuracy, enhance compliance with rules and regulations, and strengthen strategic partnerships with the University of Houston System increase satisfaction of the donor experience.

Gift Processing Improvement Project Objectives Enhance the gift handling processes to withstand an increase of gift transactions by 30% due over the next five years (unverified) 10/01/2016 Staff development by cross-training and developing gift processing specialists 7/1/2016 Develop productivity measurement of gift processing and Measure accuracy by 10/1/2016 and to be continued

Gift Processing Improvement Project Objectives Serve as a strategic partner to other departments within The University of Houston System to create a positive donor experience by partnering with them in process evaluations, training, communication, and enhancing gift processing starting by 12/31/2015 Develop an indexing system to track gifts and gift processing documents to decrease the gift processing time by 20% by 5/1/2017

Gift Processing Improvement Project Objectives Reduce the amount of paper used during the gift handling process by 90% to increase accuracy in data input, decrease paper storage by 80% to decrease cost and to increase space in the Gift Processing and Records Office, heighten compliance by employing the document imaging management system and automate gift handling processes to prepare for the 2020 campaign and to increase donor satisfaction by 5/1/2017.
