Hitler Takes More Germany had already expanded, but wanted more: Why Poland? Terms: Blitzkrieg, Sitzkrieg, Maginot Line What was the Allied Response? Hitler attacked France. What was the outcome? Hitler attacked Great Britain. What was the outcome?

The Camps Some were work camps, others death Death Camps: Auschwitz-Birkenau, Belcez, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibor, Treblinka—All in Poland The process: Selections, taking of possessions, fate. Method to the madness: Need for workers, need to dispose of evidence, need to support war effort Time table: Most deaths in year 1944-45.
