Welcome to the program of SAHAJA YOGA An Innovative Inspiring Instrument Of A Teacher

Objectives of the teachers program To remove hurdles in student-teacher relationship. To imbibe moral and Ethical values among students. To remove difficulties in teaching process. To develop teaching skills. To develop technique to overcome personality draw-backs. To remove stress of over work. To acquire the skill of time management. To learn to enjoy and gain job satisfaction. To inculcate good habits in students.

What is Sahaja yoga? How it fulfil the objectives? “Sahaja” means spontaneous and also born with “Yoga”means union so basically it is the union of our energy within us with the cosmic energy all around us. The gentle awakening of this kundalini power , empowering the energy centres within us and union with divine energy known as self-realization. The technique of Sahaja-Yoga is discovered by, two times Noble Peace Prize nominee, ”Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi”.

Teaching involves a lot of application and focused effort, at times it becomes very stressful. All students are not on the same page. Some children need special attention dealing with them may cause anxiety and anger. Teacher like any other individual face mental, physical and emotional problems. Practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation has improved all the parameters for thousands of individuals across the globe.

Main Features of the program Introductory program (Duration 45 min) for teacher which will be followed for three consecutive day for 15min everyday. Weekly sessions of 30 min each for 3 month.

Expected outcomes of the program Improved student-teacher relationship. By developing self-confidence the teacher will be seen quite proficient while introducing to new subject or activity. Techniques of time management will help them to enjoy teaching and gain more job satisfaction. It will make teacher to be more creative, dynamic and joyful person. Teachers will naturally develop the attitude of delivering best result for his students and may show better out of his/her work. Teachers can be seen effortlessly maintaining the discipline and delivering the goods.
