Research List A brief biography. List of books and DVDs. TV programmes. Restaurants. Type of foods they cook. Examples of recipes– max three. Why you have chosen your chef? List of websites, books, magazines and TV shows you have used and which was the most useful and why? Image board. This is Level 5 working Remember you can produce this information as power point slides, a word document or hand written. This research is a large part of your Year 9 Food project and you will be expected to complete and work on this at home. Level 6 – use a wider range of information sources and make and record a recipe from your chef Level 7 – make a recipe from your chef and record your making with detail and explanation. Evaluate your making and ask others to evaluate your product. Read through your project and use your record of progress book to help you assess the level you are working at.
