An environment where things can grow Crossroads Life Groups Mentoring (one on one) Focussed meetings (Men's and Ladies etc) Alpha Academic student outreach Corporate prayer meetings A building we can call our own

The ability to adapt to change Changes in leadership Appoint more elders Reduce the size of the Council Streamline Go-Teams Appoint deacons Equip Life Groups
