Club President “Leadership” Set goals for the year Monitor progress towards those goals Monitor WHQ reports Send off Club Proxies in time Ensure all Officers understand & carry out their duties Organise and run committee meetings Lead by example Be an ambassador for your Club

Vice President Education “Educate” Organise the program for each meeting Know and chart the progress of each Club member Choose prospective CTM’s & ATM’s early in year Organise and lead Educational sessions Organise Club competitions & joint meetings Build up contacts in other Clubs Organise mentoring for new members

Vice President Membership “Care” Look after the needs of the members Maintain an up to date list of all members Ensure prospective members are aware of all aspects of Toastmasters Follow up on prospective and past members Always carry membership forms for new members Assist with a mentoring program

Vice President Public Relations “Publicise” Publicise Toastmasters at every available opportunity Draw up press releases Create Club Newsletter Obtain and distribute Publicity Material from TM International Assist with demonstration and open meetings

Sgt At Arms “Welcome” Organise and set up the meeting room Maintain Club property - lights. stopwatch,banner etc. Welcome members and record attendees at meetings Organise refreshments at meetings Collect ballot and comment slips at meetings  

Secretary “Record” Maintain membership list Send out program on time Ensure changes of membership/committee are communicated to WHQ Order supplies from WHQ Record all committee meeting minutes
