Upon Arrival at Club Meetings Review the meeting agenda. Greet guests and members. Double check set up, etc.
During Club Meetings Call the meeting to order. Introduce guests. Explain the meeting’s events/ agenda Conduct the business portion of the meeting. Provide information for next meeting. Make any announcements. Adjourn the meeting. (some organizations have their VPs perform this portion)
Outside the Club Meeting Attend and vote at council meetings (or ensure a delegate) Be sure to promote your club when opportunity presents itself Know that your academic and social actions are a representation of the organization Keep your Advisor in the loop! Develop and improve club leadership. Oversee Club administration. Advance club and member achievement. Interact effectively with other organizations.
