anger, some of us are Spewers and some When it comes to anger, some of us are Spewers and some of us are Stewers.
Short-tempered people do foolish things… People with understanding control their anger; a hot temper shows great foolishness. Proverbs 14:17,29 (NLT)
How do we slow down our anger?

By reviewing our anger
In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Psalm 4:4 (NIV)
Search your heart and ask yourself two questions...
1. Why am I getting so angry?
2. What am I going to do about it?
Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Ephesians 4:26 (NLT)
The Lord accepted Abel and his gift, but he did not accept Cain and his gift. This made Cain very angry, and he looked dejected. “Why are you so angry?” the Lord asked Cain. “Why do you look so dejected? You will be accepted if you do what is right. 3. Guard your buttons
The #1 button for a man is to feel controlled
The #1 button for a woman is to feel disconnected
4. Listen to understand
Understand this, dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. James 1:19 (NLT)
4. Listen to understand
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:31-32 (NLT)
