Drupal 8 Content Strategy The activities we undertake at UW-Stout are many and varied, so it’s important to try to be unified in the way we present the university to the outside world. The new Create Once Publish Everywhere (COPE) content strategy will utilize the Drupal 8 database in conjunction with third party vendor databases such as Access Stout, Acalog and Master Calendar. The single source COPE strategy will help us: Communicate a unified message to audiences Reinforce use of UW-Stout’s three tenets in our content Simplify web site navigation on www.uwstout.edu Eliminate duplicate or inaccurate content Conduct content type ROI analysis Ensure content is up-to-date and timely Increase the “right” traffic and conversions Improve SEO and site wide search Acquire relevant Google Analytics data The content strategy is designed to deliver the right message, to the right place, at the right time, and to the right audience
