Who we are We are called seAp We work in in the South of England This is about some help we can give you if you live in Cornwall, Plymouth, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Kent or Essex

How we can help We can help if you have a mental health problem This is to do with the way you think and feel It means you may feel upset, worried or angry a lot

How we can help We can help you to: speak up and say what you want talk about the care you get say what you want to happen

How we can help The support we give you is called Advocacy

What is advocacy? Advocacy is when someone supports you to have your say

How we will work with you We will talk to you to find out what you want and how you feel We will listen to you

How we will work with you We can talk to other people or groups for you

How we will work with you We can help if doctors say you are not very well and have to stay in hospital We can get someone called an IMHA advocate to support you

How we will work with you Our staff have very good training We always try to work in the best way
