Summary The song is about the speaker misses being in California and he dreams of being safe and warm in LA.

Speaker The speaker’s tone is sad and the song is a little fast

Musicality The instruments used create a calm moody such as the piano ,coustic guitar ,flute and electric guitar.

Theme Move to another place makes you sad and you make feel why is so important your country for you.

Figurative Language Hyperbole Line number 3 all the leaves are brown The speaker uses hyperbole because not all the leaves are brown.

Figurative Language Simile The sky is gray/ line 3 The speaker is using simile because he is comparing the sky and the color gray he miss being in his country and he say the sky is gray because he is sad.
