Home Inspectors Home inspectors determine what is wrong with a property Buyers typically request the service of home inspector before signing Agreement of Purchase and Sale to get an accurate assessment of the condition of a property Home inspectors provide written reports identifying positive and negative aspects of the property

Home Inspectors Home inspectors determine what is wrong with a property Buyers typically request the service of home inspector before signing Agreement of Purchase and Sale to get an accurate assessment of the condition of a property Home inspectors provide written reports identifying positive and negative aspects of the property

Home Inspectors Sellers may also seek services of home inspectors before they are selling the house so that they can improve its condition to increase value Home inspectors are concerned with overall condition of the structure and identifying things that need repair and replacement Home inspections are not Municipal Inspections that are conducted by the government to ensure the structure is complaint with the Ontario building code and other requirements

Property Management Property managers are administrators appointed by owners and they assume all executive functions required to carry out the owner’s objectives Property managers in condominiums work for the Condo Corp, which relieves the burden of managing an income-producing property for the owner

Property Management Duties of a property manager: Keeping property leased Collecting property income Paying property expenses Maintaining physical integrity and condition of property Property management requires better-than- average people skills since managing personnel, negotiating contracts and settling disputes is an integral part of the job
