Our University response to the EU Referendum Outcome: Whatever lies ahead, our international community of staff and students will remain at the heart of our University. Our University has always been a supportive, inclusive, caring and positive community. We warmly welcome those of different cultures, ethnicities and beliefs – indeed this very diversity is vital to our success, it is fundamental to our values and enriches life on campus. Now more than ever we will ensure our University is a place where diversity is welcomed, cherished and respected. http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/hr/eu-referendum/index.aspx

Universities UK Russell Group I am sure you are wondering what the EU Referendum will mean for us personally and professionally. The answer is that nothing will change immediately.   We value our highly diverse staff and student body at Nottingham, and what that does for our community. Unless the UK Government decides to take unilateral action, this vote does not mean there will be any immediate material change to the UK’s participation in EU programmes such as Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+, nor to the immigration status of current and prospective EU students and staff.
