Location: has to do with where you are. Theme 1: Location Location: has to do with where you are. There are two types of location: 1) and 2) absolute relative Absolute Location Every place on the earth has an absolute location. Relative location Relative location says where a somewhere is in relation to other places. Notice the grid system on the satellite image. Can you also describe Michigan’s relative location, or where it is in relationship to other places?
