WG NAN Progress PSAP DB ECC Plenary, gent 3 march 2016 wg nan Chairman Johannes Vallesverd
Organisation map This is how we are organised. Basically there are 4 WGs within ECC. WG NaN is one of them Chaired by me, with assistance of Hege Johnson also from Nkom. I also have two Vice chairs Florin Dragomir, Romania and Liz Greenberg UK. WE have 4 sub comittess or Project teams, namely.... Two Task Forces not mentioned here TF Strategy and TF Security and numbering, last one is chaired by MR Jan Vanniewenheuse (a longstanding charman of NaN, whom I have been so lucky to continue on his stable basis for NaN) . Just for clarity: WE are not a EU body. WE are an independant international organisation with 48 member countries. But we have a good dialouge with the Commission. We do not always agree, but we have mutual respect and a desire to enlighten the discussions as much as possible. The commission can attend our meetings and they do so especially on 112, but also on NP, MNC. Most of our documents are open to the public. ETSI members have observer rights in all PTs. WE have a Liason officer for WG NaN Donatella Chiara Telecom Italia. I anybody is interested in our work please contact me. We are looking forward to this WS, and we would like to complement the commission for taking this onboard with open mind. We have had a good dialouge on the agenda and the interesting speakers. Many internsitng slides today. **slutten Pleasure to co arrange this Workshop together with the Commission
