Presentation transcript:

Santa Claus is coming to town!! The Bristol Civil Service Sports Club is pleased to offer a visit to see Father Christmas for all the good little boys and girls this coming December. Not here in Bristol but on a special visit he is making to Legoland Windsor. On Saturday 17th December a Christmas Special coach will leave the club car park at 8.00.am and travel to Legoland where you can board the Brickmas Express and ride to the centre of the park where you can enjoy up to 15 rides and attractions. Join the elves in their workshop where you can make your own card and Christmas list to send to the North Pole. Then follow the sound of sleigh bells to the Christmas Kingdom where Father Christmas and his cheeky elves are waiting to meet you in a festive cabin, where your children will receive a special LEGO gift! The cost per person is just £15 including the coach, admission to Legoland and your visit to Father Christmas. So what are you waiting for? Get down to the club on Filton Avenue and reserve your places now. Places are strictly on a first come basis and you will need to pay the full amount in cash at the time of booking. Please make sure you tell us how many adults and children are in your party. We appreciate that Children may want to bring Nanny and Grand Dad as well so, on this occasion we will open the trip to an extended family but must include a full CSSC member. (Maximum of 6 in a group with two or more being CSSC members. If your group is larger than this you will need to e-mail BristolCSSC@virginmedia.com with all the details of those wishing to attend to see if we can accommodate you first). We regret there are no guest places on this trip. Our visit will end at about 5.30.pm when the coach will leave and bring you back to the club. Hurry you only have until 15th October at the latest to book your places as Santa is very busy. You can phone the club (0117 9514259) to check availability but we regret you cannot book or reserve places over the phone. For members who cannot get to the club then you can make a postal application by sending Full names and ages (if children), the CSSC membership number of those who are members, or their relationship to the full CSSC member if they are not a member and a cheque for the full amount made payable to BCSSC to BCSSC (Santa), Bristol Civil Service Sports Club, Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol. BS7 0AT together with a stamped self addressed envelope for your confirmation of places to be returned to you. Incomplete applications will not be processed. If you make a postal application and do not receive confirmation of the places requested within two weeks please phone the above number to ask if your application has been received and your names are on the list. Please do not just turn up on the day as we do not want disappointed children. It is a legal requirement for everyone on the coach to wear seatbelts and any children who are too small for a seat belt MUST travel in a forward facing child seat that can be fixed using a standard seat belt. You must provide this yourself and there cannot be any exceptions. THE BIGGEST CSSC AREA IN THE UK ORGANISING THE BEST ACTIVITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS BRISTOL
