Evaluation of the text as a positive resource: -definition of terms and organizations in the back of the book -time line included

How I determined…. *I consulted four different websites to be sure the information I found was consistent to that shared in the book *Found examples in the book that backed up information represented online and in the back of the book

Themes that make this book a positive resource -covers the topic of plagiarism -covers the idea of prejudice within the same race -covers the idea of reaching ones full potential -friendships and hardships

Possible Uses of the Text -read aloud -divide class into groups each getting to read about a different cultural group -bridging theme -Suggestion for an SSR book -Class web quest as designed by Mrs. Meerdink
