What ham stations are needed = 5-6 Park Net Control: 2 Ham with a high power VHF and UHF handheld for Net Control Good elevated antenna for VHF would be required One Park Runner with HT and to help Net Control Net control decides frequency Call in 145.290 – 110.9 Bike Course: 2 – 4 Hams with Mobile Radios VHF/UHF (Likely UHF) One at the crossroads on Panorama road at least One at the Middle convenience store at the race apex at least Park: 1 Ham with Handi Talkies UHF / VHF Dual One at the end of the run in the foot race in park

May 26-28 Swim Event, if interested need 2-4 hams At least 2 per event I would guess Open Water Swim Perhaps Hams in Boats, shore. HT’s only We have asked Springdale to help since it is closer to their county Tracy Byrd 479-200-7718 organizer

June 17th bike Race will need ham help Tour De Fun Up coming, will ask for volunteers in June meeting just before the event again On Saturday they are bringing back the fun & challenging 100k and 50k bike rides! Rides start on 1st and Cherry Street, downtown Rogers.  Saturday Fun Fest 50k Bike Ride 6:45 a.m. Saturday Fun Fest 100k Bike Ride 7:00 a.m. That is a 62 mile bike race, almost as long as Tour de cure ALL ARE BUSY ROADS!! Expecting needing 6-12 volunteers for a great Saturday event!

Field Day Location Requests: Tents are fine, no RV’s please, Leave no Trace (Just like a park) Restrooms are nearby and will be posted Quiet generators only please (Batteries are best for Field day) Turn off Sunday AM. Lots of Parking is available – A church Need your Pop-Ups and bring your chairs and tables you need There are trees for antennas, and open ground Someone bring a portable grill, and Charcoal IT is pot luck with an agenda: Grill food and snacks like potato chips are good No alcoholic beverages – It’s a church Club will provide water bottles but bring your cooler and ice Bring friends, bring family, bring fun.
