This fee is incurred by the issuer of the bad check. NSF – Non-Sufficient Funds Fee $39.95 Returned check fee $30.00 This fee is incurred by the issuer of the bad check. The bank automatically withdraws this fee from the account. The bank penalizes both the issuer and the depositor of a bad check. When a bad check is attempted to be deposited, the bank will issue this fee to the depositor of the bad check. The depositor of the bad check will usually pass this fee back to the issuer of the check.

This typically occurs when the account incurs a bank fee after the account is already drained. Cash Advance- Transfer from Credit Card (Funding provided for check) Cash Advance – charge on credit card (Amount owed on credit card) The amount of money that is needed to clear a check is borrowed from the credit card. This amount is only able to be withdrawn from the credit card if there is sufficient available credit to cover the entire amount. This overage amount is provided by the credit card to the checking account in order to fund the check. The amount of money that is needed to clear a check is borrowed from the credit card.
